Yes, know what you mean. I used to dream of that back in the 80's. Would'nt it be just great to have him there in your house!

That family was very lucky and looks like they all had a great time.

What a great atmosphere from so few people. I guess they were over the moon to have Shaky singing in their own living room after winning the competition. :D

Hi,

Iwas listening to the Shaky's interview and he said that he expected only one family and ..there were a lot of people, also on the strreet.
I would say it would be surprise if nobody was outdoor.

As he said...he was huge...and "Shakin'Stevens" name works like a magnet.

But I think alot of Shaky's old admirers just don't know that he is still active, has got his new album .
I am a very good example of it. 4 years ago I didn't know that he is still in his profession...only thanks to the Internet...

Maybe. But I told a lot of my friends about his new album. There was no big response.
Where are all the screaming girls from his concerts in the 80ies gone? :(

Hi,

Good question....

Maybe they didn't love music but were falling in love with Shaky? His music was on the second place?

And ...we must admit...we are adult now....have some problems in everyday life....

Sometimes i read Polish Elvis MB...Poland is a big country.... guess haow many fans is active on the MB ?....7 to 9.
"Elvis "doesn't sell his records in Poland / no no 1/ . I don't know why...cause I have always thought that Poles love Elvis.

best wishes

I Bet it was more nerve wrecking singing to a few people in a living room than a gig at Wembley Stadium!

Everyone sure had fun though!

Yeah,i saw this too,the whole thing. All those people outside, waiting for the great man. When he got out of the car he pulled a bit of funny face,as,indeed,he was a bit surprised on that haha!
But it sure was exciting to watch, and he was so cheerful and nice. Those people sure had a great time!
